Cancellation policy
Direct Booking Cancellation Policy. (All rooms and Pied a Terre)
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is fully refundable when cancellation is made at least 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows, shortened stays, and early departures are non-refundable.
Pied-à-terre security deposit
For direct bookings, the Pied-à-terre requires a $250 refundable security deposit. This is returned after check-out once the space has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
Deductions may apply for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or house rule violations.
RATE: $200 per night - minimum 3 nights.
Breakfast is available for $25 per person.
